Dubai
Description:
We start with some of Dubai’s new landmarks, stop at the beautiful Jumeirah Mosque, and then head for a drive along the Dubai Creek, lifeline and pulse of the city.
We take a stroll through the narrow lanes of the historic Bastakiya area, with its beautifully restored old buildings, and then on to the Al Fahidi Fort which houses the Dubai Museum.
We then cross the creek in an Abra (water taxi) to continue our exploration of Dubai’s traditional souks; the spice souk is a sensory delight with a host of cooking spices, herbs, rose petals and incense. Our trip ends at the glittering windows of the gold souk – with such fantastic choice in one place, how can you possibly resist?!
